Programs and services support physical, mental, and emotional health, facilitate socialization and the continued engagement of our members in the community.

Programs/Services fall under three (3) categories; educational, exercise/fitness, and social/recreational activities.

Exercise supports good health. Exercise slows the effects of aging, increases blood flow, metabolic function, and positively impacts on the brain, mood and attitude.

Educational enrichment and continued skills development contribute to keeping seniors upbeat and richer.

Social and recreational activities connect members and non-members, break the isolation seniors sometimes experience, facilitate bonding, new friendships, new discoveries, new experiences and new adventures, and imbue the sense of support and belonging.

All programs except Arts & Craft, Stimulation and Choir require a fee. They are free to members.

Registration is required for all programs
