The Council for Black Aging Community of Montreal Inc. (CBAC) is and anglophone/english speaking seniors-based organization.

The Council defines seniors as persons fifty-five (55) years and over.

Membership in the Council is open to any resident of the province of Quebec, age fifty-five (55) and over.

Apart from the specificity regarding age, the Council shall not discriminate
against any individual for reasons of race, national origin, colour, religion, gender, gender identification, sexual orientation, language, social class, body size or mental or physical disability.

The Council  serves a diverse population.
