Empowering Black Seniors Through Community Engagement
The Council for Black Aging Community of Montreal (CBAC) is dedicated to addressing the specific needs of Montreal's Black native-born and West Indian/Caribbean Anglophone seniors.
With a mission to promote health, provide education, and facilitate social and recreational activities, CBAC enhances the well-being and social integration of Black seniors in our community.
At CBAC, we offer a range of programs designed to enhance the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of seniors, including fitness classes, educational workshops, and engaging social activities. Our services aim to foster community connection, support independence, and enrich the lives of Montreal's Black and Caribbean seniors.
